Islamic Financial Management Study Program Welcomes Visit from PT Janzz Technology at FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga

Yogyakarta – The Sharia Financial Management (MKS) Study Program at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI), UIN Sunan Kalijaga, hosted a visit from PT Janzz Technology on Monday (July 27, 2026). The event served as both a networking opportunity and a presentation on potential collaborations between higher education and the industry, aimed at supporting the career development of students and alumni.

During the visit, the team from PT Janzz Technology introduced a platform that is already being used in partnership with various Indonesian universities, including Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), and several others. The platform is designed to bridge the gap between alumni and the professional world by matching graduates' profiles with industry requirements.

Through this platform, alumni can upload their Curricula Vitae (CVs) to receive job recommendations tailored to their educational backgrounds and competencies. Furthermore, the system provides feedback on skills that may need further development, helping prospective graduates prepare for the workforce.

Beyond focusing on alumni, PT Janzz Technology also shared insights into job trends and the competencies projected to be in high demand over the next four to five years. This information is intended to help students strategize their own skill development while still pursuing their studies.

The visit from PT Janzz Technology was met with enthusiasm by the faculty leadership and the academic community, including the Sharia Financial Management Study Program. This engagement is expected to serve as a starting point for building communication and synergy between the university and the industry, ultimately enhancing the quality of graduates and ensuring they are adaptable to the evolving needs of the job market.

Through this initiative, the Sharia Financial Management Study Program at FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga reaffirms its commitment to supporting efforts that broaden students' perspectives, strengthen the career readiness of alumni, and foster collaborations that contribute to the advancement of higher education.
