Students Win 1st Place at the National Jakarta Economic Forum Paper Competition

Students from the Sharia Financial Management Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, have once again achieved remarkable success in a national competition. This time, they won the "First Best Papers" award at the Jakarta Economic Forum 2024, organized by the Indonesia Banking School, with the theme “The Role of Change Agents: Accelerating Digital Transformation in the Economy to Boost Indonesia's Economic Growth.” The event aimed to cultivate change agents capable of addressing future digital economic challenges.
The team, consisting of Syifa Fahrani, Miraj Fikri Atabika, and Intan Nur Maisyah, was mentored by lecturer Rizaldi Yusfiarto, M.M. Their research paper, titled “Super App Muter: Connecting MSMEs with the Pentahelix Concept as a Digital Transformation Accelerator Toward Golden Indonesia 2045,” explained how the Super App Muter could serve as a change agent supporting Indonesia's economic growth through MSME connectivity and the application of the Pentahelix principles.
This achievement underscores the students' exceptional contributions to understanding and addressing future digital economic challenges. They not only act as participants but also as change agents strengthening the role of MSMEs in Indonesia's economic growth. The team provided inspiring insights and direction for sustainable digital transformation, with the vision of achieving Golden Indonesia 2045 as the ultimate goal. Their success demonstrates a commitment to pioneering the acceleration of digital transformation for a better future.
